PLEASE READ POLICIES BELOW: · Damaged Hair - Please notify me if you are concerned about bald spots, thinning, or other damaging conditions. Remember, I’m here to help! ☺️ · Late Policy – If you find yourself running behind for your appointment time, please contact be before your appointment time. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, there will be a $10.00 late fee. After 30 minutes, your appointment could be canceled or you will be charged a $25.00 late fee. · Payment and Fees –There is a nonrefundable $25 deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, card, or a cash app. · Cancellations – I understand things happen! If you are not able to make your appointment and you give a 24 hour notice before your appointment, you will be able to reschedule with your same deposit. If you do not choose to reschedule, you will lose your same day cancellation, you will be charged $25.00. Important Message – Please note that policies and pricing will update without notice.
